Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Tracking

  • All orders are processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends/holidays).
  • You'll receive:
    • Order confirmation email immediately after purchase.
    • Shipping confirmation with tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch.

2. Shipping Destinations

  • Free shipping to all U.S. mainland addresses (excluding):
    • P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses.
    • Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Guam, and other non-continental U.S. territories.

3. Delivery Time

  • In-stock hair dryers: Shipped within 1-2 business days, delivered in 3-5 business days via UPS/FedEx/USPS.
  • Accessories (e.g., nozzles, pouches): May take 7-10 days if shipped from overseas.
  • Note: Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues (e.g., peak seasons like Black Friday).

4. Shipping Methods & Packaging

  • Secure packaging: Each hair dryer is quality-checked and packed with anti-shock materials.
  • Carriers: UPS Ground, USPS Priority, or FedEx Home Delivery (tracking provided).

5. Address Changes

  • Before shipment: Free update via customer portal.
  • After shipment: $15 reprocessing fee + carrier rerouting charges (if applicable).

6. Damaged/Lost Packages

  • Damaged items: Notify us within 48 hours with photos and carrier claim number. Keep all packaging.
  • Lost items: File a police report if stolen, and we’ll reship or refund once verified.

7. Order Cancellations & Returns

  • Before shipping: Full refund, no fee.
  • After shipping:
    • Cancel mid-transit: $30 restocking fee + return shipping cost.
    • Wrong address returns: Customer covers return shipping ($20 fee) + 10% restocking fee.
