• All MythSight StyleVibes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty for parts and labor, valid from the date of original purchase.
• The warranty applies only to products purchased through MythSight official channels (website, authorized retailers) and free of defects in design, materials, or workmanship.

2. What’s Not Covered

• Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (e.g., third-party marketplaces without authorization).
• Damage caused by:
  • Misuse (e.g., exposure to water, extreme temperatures).
  • Accidents (e.g., drops, physical impacts).
  • Unauthorized repairs (non-MythSight service providers).
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., filter degradation over time).
• Lack of proof of purchase (receipt/invoice required).

3. Warranty Claims

• To submit a claim, contact MythSight Customer Service with:
  • Purchase proof (order number/receipt).
  • Product issue description + photos/videos (if damaged).
• MythSight reserves the right to repair, replace, or refund at its discretion.
